Terms of Use

1. The service

InstaVeil (instaveil.com) lets you look up publicly available Instagram profile information and media. It is provided “as is”. Features can change, pause, or fail when Instagram rate-limits or changes its public interfaces.

2. Eligibility

You must be old enough to use Instagram in your country and able to form a contract. You may not use InstaVeil if doing so would violate the laws that apply to you.

3. Acceptable use

• Use InstaVeil only for public profiles you are allowed to view.
• Do not attempt to access private accounts, bypass locks, or automate bulk scraping.
• Do not use InstaVeil to harass, stalk, or exploit anyone.
• Do not reverse engineer the service to overload Instagram or our hosts.
• Do not misrepresent InstaVeil as an official Instagram or Meta product.

4. No affiliation

InstaVeil is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. See the Disclaimer.

5. Content

Media and captions shown in InstaVeil belong to their authors and to Instagram. You may not republish that content as your own. Download is provided as a convenience for content you already have a right to save; you remain responsible for how you use it.

6. Accounts

InstaVeil does not offer user accounts. Saved lists live in your browser. We are not responsible for loss of that local data.

7. Advertising and donations

The service may display third-party ads after you accept advertising cookies. Ads are governed by the advertiser and by Google AdSense policies, not by InstaVeil. Voluntary PayPal donations do not buy extra features, unlock private accounts, or create a contract for uptime.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

We do not warrant that lookups are complete, current, or uninterrupted. Intel metrics are estimates computed from public posts, not official Instagram Insights.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, InstaVeil and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.

10. Indemnity

You will defend and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of InstaVeil or of Instagram content you access through it.

11. Changes and termination

We may update these terms. Continued use after the “Last updated” date means you accept the new terms. We may suspend access if you violate them.
